Innovation isn't always about disruption and invention; innovation can simply be doing something in a new way or adapting something to work in a new context. 

Anna is co-owner of Rise Project Consulting (Rise), an award-winning Territory business that started when a carpenter brought a drone - 8 years later Rise has innovated multiple technologies and won local and national awards for their work - most recently winning the NT Telstra Best of Business Awards "Embracing Innovation". 

In this talk Anna will share her experiences of building a business from a single idea, lesson's learnt and how to innovation is more than having a great idea!
