As senior policy manager for Cotton Australia, Simone has a pivotal role in the north, developing rigorous frameworks and policies to support the viability and economic growth of the cotton industry.
An NT AgriFutures Rural Women’s finalist in 2022/2023, Simone says the possibilities for cotton farmers are endless. “I firmly believe Katherine can become the epicentre of the agriculture industry in the future. We are perfectly located to capitalise on ready-made export markets.”
